RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please Note:

As the products are custom made to your design and preference, there is a "No Refund and Return" Policy on custom made and designed items. This is due to the fact that we will be holding stock that was designed by you for you, not for other customers.

 

RETURNS

 

All personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless defective or damaged on delivery.

All standard/non-personalized products can be returned to Laser Craze. This must be within 7 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels and packaging intact. 

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging with the original invoice and courier or deliver your return to the address below. All return logistics, unless goods are defective, will be at the customers own cost.

REFUNDS AND DEFECTIVE GOODS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 5 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Laser Craze will be in contact providing information if the refund will be approved if the return meets the return process stated above. 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us via email or cell to assess and possibly arrange a refund or exchange.
